About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our team at our Brisbane Processing Centre in QLD. In this role, you will provide excellent customer service to support the timely distribution of life-giving blood and products to Approved Health Providers while maintaining a commitment to all quality, safety and regulatory requirements.

**A day in the Customer Service Officer role will see you**:
Receive and confirm orders from Approved Health Providers

Liaise with medical and scientific stakeholders to ensure accurate orders

Input orders efficiently into databases for processing and fulfilment

Escalates all issues that result in deviation from the work schedule or standard work processes

Ability to undertake routine and repetitive work with close attention to detail
