Join Novon as our next permanent Technical Business Analyst in our Business Intelligence team and work on an exciting project based on our customer site in a hybrid role. This role will involve you working with key stakeholders eliciting business requirements as well as working with the Power BI full stack to model and visualise data with SSIS, SSRS and SQL. This role will be working in a large team where you will be performing technical BA tasks in a Power BI environment. This role will involve you working within the data warehouse using SQL to extract data; you will be responsible for the ETL in the warehouse, data modelling, building metrics, and creating data models using Power BI. SSIS and SSRS are also needed for this role. This is a hybrid role.

It is expected that you will have a solid end-to-end BA background including user stories, gathering requirements, and acceptance criteria. You must be able to work with a variety of stakeholders and product owners ensuring that you elicit requirements and be able to demonstrate the requirements back to the internal stakeholders, get feedback from the stakeholders and repeat in a feedback loop.

Your past experience should include.
- Outstanding and confident communication skills and active listening skills are key for this BI BA role.
Work easily with stakeholders and product owners
Power BI development experience
- SSRS and SSIS experience
