About the Role
We currently have an opportunity for a Performance Analyst who will provide insights and support a broad range of stakeholders across Enterprise Services and AGL.
This role is principally responsible for analysis of Enterprise Services’ teams and to provide meaningful insights into performance metrics and KPIs, contributing to the achievement of Enterprise Services goals. They will be required to business partner and help support the business unit to be allow development of high-quality decisions and reporting solutions to enable operational efficiencies and valued business outcomes.
Key accountabilities of the role
- Prepare monthly variance analysis on performance metrics including savings targets, compliance and purchasing metrics
- Ensure governance is achieved by reporting and monitoring adherence to policies and standards
- Coordinate social license, Payment Times and other compliance reporting
- Business partner with key stakeholders and teams to build out meaningful insights based on metrics reported
- Benchmark industry metrics and contribute to knowledge sharing and educating peers and management
- Train staff on dashboards and reporting tools
- Develop and maintain reports utilising data visualisation tools (Power BI)
- Promote self-service functionality and providing feedback to enhancement of SAP tools
- Work on a range of ad hoc reporting and initiatives as required
About You
What you’ll bring to the table:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint
- Previous experience in synthesizing and presenting insights to stakeholders
- Experience working with SAP and Power BI
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders.
- Experience working/reporting in a shared service, procure to pay environment preferred
- Demonstrated problem solving skills
