Our client is a leading national retailer seeking a Senior Governance & Performance Analyst to join their team to work on their largest project. This will be an initial 6 months contract with ongoing extensions. Our client is looking at a hybrid work model, 2 days onsite and the rest WFH.
**About the role**:
- Provide support to the Program Leadership and Stakeholders in their oversight of the program.
- Monitor, coordinate and assess stream reporting, scheduling, RAID and resource management.
- Review and monitor stream project reporting and ensure there is transparency, accuracy, and validity - this includes RAID, Financial and Scope Management.
- Provide early alerts when streams are experiencing issues.
- Support the Master Scheduler to update schedules including external dependencies and impacts.
- Provide updates to the stream leads on actuals vs forecast each month; analyse and report discrepancies.
- Ensure Resource Manager requirements are met in relation to future demand, current resources and resources expected to roll-off.
- Facilitate status update meetings; coordinate input for status, SteerCo and other reporting mechanisms; document meeting minutes and actions for critical leadership meetings as directed.
- Work with Performance Analyst to define key measures for streams to which you are partnered
- Work with Resource Manager to ensure end to end management of the programs largest asset is managed to a high standard.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 3-5 years in a similar senior PMO analyst position or similar
- Hands on experience in programs >$100m
- Experience with program/project management life cycle, methodologies, and governance processes
- Experience working on a complex Program and fast paced environment
- Project Management Foundation Certification (Prince 2, PMBOK) desirable
- Intermediate to Advanced MS Office skills
- Advanced excel, PPM and modelling skills
- Experience working autonomously with demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
- Experience in complex program scope, governance and financial management
