We are a small and busy flooring contractor company who is looking for an experienced office administrator/all rounder to join our team located in Cheltenham.
Duties include:
- Accounting - Invoicing, Debtors & creditors
- Debt collection
- Payroll
- Bank Reconciliations
- Load relevant documents into construction portals
- Purchasing
Skills Required:
- Solid computer skills including MS Office.
- Basic solid book keeping skills
- Knowledge of Xero / Accounting Software
- Excellent phone manner
- Knowledge of the Building and Construction Industry an advantage but not essential
Hours: 25 hours a week (flexible)
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week
**Salary**: $41,785.99 - $59,023.09 per year
