Maker Store is an online precision engineering hardware store, specializing in solutions, parts, and kits for engineering projects including CNC machines, 3D printers, Vacuum Forming, Laser Cutting/Etching, 3D Scanners, Mechatronics, Robotics, Control Electronics and more

We are searching for a dynamic Customer Service and Technical Support person with a "can-do" attitude. The best part about this role is that you will enjoy working together with a cohesive and professional team who are very supportive of each other and will give you a warm welcome. Your goal will be to create a great experience for our customers when interacting with them.

Duties will include but will not be limited to:

- Customer Service - Assisting customers with their general queries
- Technical Support - Answer questions about products, assist with purchases and put together sales quotes
- Troubleshooting - Work with senior engineers to overcome customer or product issues.
- Website maintenance - Work within the team to assist in creating content for product listings.
- Other duties, having regard to your skills, training, and experience.

You will need:

- Ability to think critically and analyse specific situations
- Strong customer focus and great communication skills
- Be mechanically inclined
- Strong negotiating skills when liaising with various stakeholders
- A willingness to learn, develop and be self-motivated.

Full on site training is provided

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
