**About the role**
Reporting to and working closely with the HR Manager, you will play a key role in delivering practical and people focused HR support across MiCare’s Aged and Migrant Services portfolio, which encompasses, HomeCare (transitioning to an exciting new chapter of Support at Home), Volunteer, Social Support and Migrant Settlement Service.
This is a collaborative and hands on role suited to an experienced HR professional who enjoys building relationships, supporting managers and being part of a team that is continuously evolving. MiCare is committed to strengthening compliance practices, this role will be ideal for someone who is comfortable with change and process improvement.
As a trusted advisor, you’ll work across the full employee life cycle, recruitment, on boarding, performance, policy and compliance, supporting the HR team and business in delivering consistent and effective HR practices.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- ** Deliver Practical HR Support**:Provide responsive and professional HR advice across recruitment, onboarding, performance management and day-to-day employee matters in partnership with managers and the HR team.
- ** Support Change and Compliance Initiatives**:Contribute to the implementation of MiCare’s new HRIS and help embed improved HR processes and compliance practices across the organisation.
- ** Strengthen HR Foundations**:Assist in the development and maintenance of core HR documents, templates and frameworks, supporting consistency and accuracy across the employee lifecycle.
- ** Champion Employee Experience**:Support performance review processes, provide guidance to managers and contribute to activities that enhance engagement and culture across MiCare.
