**This role is an Australia-based, fully work-from-home position, with access to co-working spaces in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.**

We’re on a mission to deliver exceptional, personalised experiences that create real value for our customers. We’re looking for a **CRM Specialist - Performance on a 12-month max term contract (parental leave cover)** to take the lead in executing, analysing, and optimising data-driven campaigns that fuel acquisition, retention, loyalty, and reactivation across our brands.

**What you'll do**:

- Blend **hands-on campaign delivery** with **insight-led improvements** to optimise results.
- Measure and analyse campaign performance through tools such as **Looker** and **Hotjar**.
- Identify opportunities to **test, innovate, and improve** campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with **marketing, product, data, and lifecycle teams** to ensure campaigns are aligned and impactful.
- Maintain a strong focus on **compliance** and **best practice** in a regulated industry.

**Qualifications**
- Strong background in CRM and marketing automation, ideally with Braze.
- Skilled in tracking and analysing real-time campaign performance to optimise outcomes.
- Proficient in segmenting audiences by behaviour, preferences, and demographics for targeted engagement.
- Experienced in managing multi-channel campaigns with precision, accuracy, and attention to detail.
