Advisor, Account Management (Broker)

Have meaningful impact as an **Assistant, Business Development Manager**

**YOUR ROLE**

You'll be involved in supporting the brokers assigned to Team Internationals. Collaborating with your international peers and the Gallagher Manager, you'll aim to provide an outstanding broker experience through effective teamwork.

The position will serve as a pivotal point of service, actively leveraging and aligning existing relationships, fostering improved synergies, and contributing to greater consistency for our brokers. The goal is to establish unity in our approach to the market.

This permanent fulltime role is based out of our Sydney office.

**ABOUT YOU**

To be successful in this role you will need:

- MS Office suite experience (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Understanding of insurance financials and Salesforce experience preferred but not essential
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Positive and inclusive team member who actively supports the team towards achieving our strategic objectives
