Overview

Senior Recruitment Consultant / Talent Management / Career Advisor at Embodied Corporate Solutions. We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Account Manager to join a fast-growing business providing branding solutions across mining, manufacturing, and heavy vehicle sectors. This is a field-based role where you'll spend approximately four days on the road and one day working from home.

Base pay

A$90,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular site visits with existing accounts
  • Drop off catalogues and promotional materials
  • Train customers on ordering systems and processes
  • Provide ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction
  • Re-engage less active accounts to increase activity
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of all interactions
Key Requirements
  • Enjoys being in front of customers and building relationships
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, organised, and eager to learn
  • Able to work independently and manage your own schedule
  • Previous sales or account management experience is beneficial but not essential
