**About the Opportunity**

In addition, you’ll:

- prepare and review of customer quotations and plans, ensuring the customer needs are met in a timely and professional manner
- troubleshoot service solutions with manufacturing and delivery functions
- coordinate day to day activities to the internal sales team
- provide support to the customer service team to ensure the completion of sales orders and quotations

**About You**

Ideally you'll have customer service and/or sales experience within the building and/or manufacturing industry, and the ability to understand building floor plans would be an advantage. However, we are also open to someone that may not have had exposure to the building industry who exudes initiative to participate in comprehensive training and who demonstrates a keenness to learn our extensive product range.

We’re looking for a team player who contributes to a positive work environment along with exceptional time management skills enabling you to effectively manage competing priorities. You will have well-developed communication and interpersonal skills supporting you to effectively build positive relationships with our existing and potential customers.

In addition, you will bring
- competency in using MS Office Suite and the ability to quickly gain competency with our in-house CRM system
- pride yourself on thoroughness and attention to detail
- commit to continuous improvement of both the business and personal self-development
- previous experience in the manufacturing or building industry would be advantageous
