**Purpose of the Role**:
As the National Compliance and Clinical Specialist, you will ensure group-wide compliance with licensing requirements for staff and clinics while providing clinical expertiseand support for skin, laser, and body categories.

**Responsibility Areas**:
**Device Compliance**:

- Manage Devices Recording, organising compliance checks for new devices, and ongoing annual renewals.
- Complete documentation to ensure all licenses are correct and valid.
- Conduct monthly audits for Laser Licensed States.
- Forecast for new clinic openings and prepare documents accordingly.
- Work with Procurement on device movements and update licenses as required.
- Manage compliance for S4 medicines in QLD.

**Clinical Queries relating to skin, body, and laser**:

- Respond to queries regardingskin, laser, + body tickets.
- Support other departments in the laser, skin + body categories queries.

**Adverse Management**:

- Liaise with the Department Head on Adverse Reactions and client management where needed.
- Communicate trends in Adverse Reactions and collaborate with the Adverse NP and GM Clinical.
- Provide detailed record-keeping accessible to the Senior Leadership Team.
- Support Adverse Event NP in creating reports for Medical Advisory Committee (MAC) meetings.

**Administration**:

- Assist the clinical GM with general administration tasks.
- Review audit processes and provide suggestions for improvement.

**Education**:

- Create and maintain educational modules for matters relating to clinical content.
- Work with the Education Department to provide suggestions for additional educational needs.

**Process Improvement and Consistency Across Business Units**:

- Actively look for improvements in the safety and quality of clinic services.
- Work with clinical team members to improve consistency in processes such as adverse event reporting and monitoring.

**Compliance with company values, policies, and standards**:

- Comply with the responsibilities of working for a public company.
- Adhere to all local legislative requirements and company guidelines.
- Keep current with legislative requirements and act ethically when dealing with company assets and people.

**Key Requirements**:

- Two years experience in a national compliance role, with industry experience in clinical being highly advantageous.
- Experience in maintaining compliance with national and regional licensing requirements.
- Proven experience providing clinical expertise and guidance.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond quickly to challenges.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Beauty or Dermal Therapy qualifications desirable.
- Administration qualifications are desirable.
- Laser Certificate.
