ACW Property Services, carries out renovations, maintenance, repairs, and building services to domestic, property management and commercial clients. We offer a multi trade service with qualified tradesman. Our main work consists of bathroom modifications, renovations including kitchens, outdoor entertaining areas, and general building repairs as well as general maintenance for our contracted clients.

**Key Capabilities**:

- Strong leadership and consulting skills
- Develop further relationships with all clients
- Supervising and coordinating staff and contractors internal/external where necessary
- Responsible to book, schedule and carry out periodicals as required across the business unit
- Ensure all work incidents/requests logged into the system are adhered to & completed in a timely manner
- Valid driver’s licence
- Proven experience with extras; windows, water-fed poles, steam cleaning etc.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures
- Sound knowledge of industry-related health and safety regulations
- The ability to work at different heights and in all weather conditions
- Excellent problem solving and time management skills
- Effective communication skills
- Ensure company vehicles are adequately stocked with equipment required for daily tasks
- Ability to transport all equipment and supplies to job sites

You will have proven hands-on experience as a cleaner or managing cleaning contractors and be confident with periodical cleaning and equipment - windows, scrubbers, water-fed poles, carpets, steam cleaning etc

You will also be a self-starter that possesses initiative, excellent communication, time management, problem solving and analytical skills. You’re someone who can think outside the box and can come up with innovative win-win solutions.

**What you need for this role**:

- COVID19 and Flu vaccination (many of our clients are in healthcare)
- Current Working with Children Check
- Current National Records Police Check
- Valid Driver’s Licence

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
