**About the Company**

This Australian ASX listed business specialises in telecommunication and construction space.

**About the Role**

This project-based opportunity will work closely with the Performance Manager. It will help to deliver training to over 3000 employees

**Duties**
- Creating a training programme for training management system
- Create and develop training materials for the upcoming training module delivery. Some of which will include: small video, eLearning module + PowerPoint pack to support the learning
- Developing training modules and ensuring they are SCORM complaint

**This is a temporary opportunity for a minimum of 3-6 months commencing immediately**

**Skills & Experience**
- 3-5 years' experience in a similar role within eLearning/LMS space
- Ability to develop and create training materials and SCORM modules is a MUST.
- Strong project management skills and good interpersonal/communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and good time management skills
- Design creativity is beneficial
