We are seeking an Instructional Designer to play a crucial role in developing high-quality learning resources.

This hands-on role involves taking ownership of projects and working independently, collaborating with trainers and subject matter experts to deliver effective learning experiences.

To be eligible for this position you must hold:

  • Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks
  • Basic experience using design tools (Rise, Canva, Articulate Storyline)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • A keen eye for layout, formatting and consistency
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a supportive environment
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong written communication and editing skills
  • Great organisational and time management skills
  • Enthusiasm about experimenting with new digital tools to enhance learning engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop engaging learning resources that comply with regulatory standards.
  • Use various instructional design methods and adult learning principles to ensure accessibility and learner engagement.
  • Design content for blended delivery modes.
  • Manage multiple projects with competing deadlines while maintaining quality and compliance.
  • Support continuous improvement through validation, feedback and data analysis.
  • Closely collaborate with trainers, assessors and stakeholders to ensure materials meet learner needs and business objectives.
