About the Role

This exciting opportunity is for a skilled Content Developer to create high-quality training content for various delivery modes, including face-to-face, online, and blended learning. The ideal candidate will have strong writing, editing, and instructional design skills for both classroom and online formats.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create learner guides, facilitator resources, assessments, eLearning modules, and job aids using instructional design principles.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, operational trainers, safety, and HR teams to ensure learning content meets real-world requirements.
  • Utilize eLearning authoring tools to build interactive digital content and manage learning materials within the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Evaluate and maintain accurate records and version control across all content, ensuring alignment with relevant standards and guidelines.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience developing learning content in a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) or operational learning environment.
  • Strong technical skills in eLearning tools and Learning Management Systems.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Degree in Education, Training, Media, Communications, or a related field (Certificate IV in Training and Assessment desirable but not essential).
  • Knowledge of transport, logistics, or operational industries an advantage.
