Manager - Training & Instructional Systems Development

This role will play a critical role in shaping, delivering and evolving CAE's training solutions across Defence programs, with a focus on aligning with operational readiness and national capability objectives.
The position leads a multi-disciplinary team of instructional designers, courseware developers, ground based training instructors and training analysts.
The role we are offering you Lead the development, innovation, review and refinement of training content and delivery Development of training workforce plan Delivery of professional development and training for new products, processes and applications Act as an SME to support bids and proposals of a similar capability across the region/business Act as an Accountable Manager for the CAE RTOOur ideal candidate has: Tertiary degree in ISD/Learning Design, training and development or similar/equivalent Proven experience in leading teams, across defence related instructional design and courseware development Technical background in end to end training, courseware development Strong people & capability leadership experience Location: Homebush, NSW or Brisbane, QLDWe operate a hybrid working approach.
