About the Role: We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative Instructional Designer to play a crucial support role in developing high-quality, engaging learning resources.
This hands-on role involves quickly taking ownership of projects and working independently, while also collaborating with trainers and subject matter experts to deliver effective learning experiences.
This role is perfect for someone with excellent writing skills, strong attention to detail, a flair for digital design, and a passion for building impactful eLearning content.
The ideal candidate must have a strong knowledge of ASQA standards and be familiar with instructional design methods and adult learning principles.
They must also have basic experience using design tools, such as Rise, Canva, Articulate Storyline, etc. and be proficient in Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
We are looking for someone with a keen eye for layout, formatting, and consistency, as well as eagerness to learn and grow in a supportive environment.
Key responsibilities include developing engaging learning resources and assessment tools that comply with ASQA and VET standards, managing multiple projects with competing deadlines, and collaborating closely with trainers, assessors, and stakeholders.
