We are seeking Coordinator talent in the Corporate facilities industry. This fun and inclusive organisation is multinational information technology company that provides business consulting, information technology and outsourcing services.
They are searching for talent with facilities or property management experience. This job is a temporary position working for 6 months with the possibility for extension.
The role:
- Full time hours - 8.30am till 5pm Monday to Friday
- Supportive and Inclusive team, ongoing training and development
- Commencing as a 12 month assignment with expected extension
- Newly Refurbished Docklands Office with first class facilities

- Easy to fill timesheet and on-time weekly payment
Duties & Responsibilities:
As part of the Building and Facilities team you will manage all aspects of maintenance and support the team's performance.
The Facilities Coordinator will be responsible for the following, but not limited to:
- Coordinate planned and preventative maintenance for the office
- Liaise with building management & building security teams
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, internal & other external stakeholders
- Coordinate event, meeting set up and set down requirements
- Coordinating catering requirements
- Internal & External Mail including Courier
- Helpdesk - AHD requests
- Security card distribution
- HSE Assistance & Inductions
- Reception relief when required
- Other administration/office/facilities duties as required
Job requirements:
- Understanding of facilities core services
- Knowledge of vendor management processes
- Knowledge of Risk, Incident management practices
- Strong communication - written & verbal
- Proactive and team work focused
- Valid working rights, successful applicant will be required to undertake Australian Police Check and Global Sanctions Check
