
Medical Workforce Officer

In this casual role you will be assisting the Junior Medical Officer and sub-speciality training fellows with tasks associated with the recruitment, credentially and appointments.

You will make an impact by:
- Being a key participant in the Medical Workforce team ensuring a safe and effective medical workforce
- Engaging with key stakeholders across the organisation, and externally, to support the functions of the Medical Workforce team
- Ensuring compliance of all of our doctors with our practitioner credentialing and appointment processes
- Supporting critical operational imperatives within the Medical Services team

You are an engaging and experienced individual, with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills that enable you to easily build relationships and earn the trust and respect of your team, your colleagues and the medical workforce.
You will have
- Demonstrated experience in workforce management, preferably within the medical or healthcare setting
- Exceptional attention to detail
- High level of interpersonal and organisational skills
- Ability to work unsupervised, prioritise and multi-task to meet deadlines
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
