We have a fantastic opportunity for a customer-focused Assistant Village Manager to join the team at our Brighton Classic Retirement Living Village.

This role will involve managing a team of Village staff whilst working closely with the Senior Village Manager on the day-to-day operations of the Village. This role also involves responsibilities such as:

- Village budgeting and financial processing
- Implementing operational plans & projects
- Managing procurement of contractors
- Coordinating village events & the Village social calendar
- Staff rostering, payroll processing
- Overseeing the operations of our Corner Store and Village Restaurant
- Strong administration and staff management experience.
- Excellent computer literacy - including the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to learn and professionally develop, along with a proactive and can-do attitude.
- Experience with budgeting (desirable)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Level 2 First Aid Certificate & CPR Certificate, or be willing to complete.
