The Job

The Learning & Development (L&D) Manager is responsible for managing, supporting, and developing the L&D team, overseeing the creation, updating, and maintenance of learning and training resources for Simpro Group. They are also responsible for managing additional learning projects in collaboration with various departments and L&D team members.

What You’ll Do- Lead, manage, and support the L&D team to ensure effective development and delivery of learning resources.- Oversee the creation, updating, and maintenance of training materials and learning assets for Simpro Group.- Collaborate with various departments to identify learning needs and ensure alignment with business goals.- Manage multiple learning and development projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.- Support change management and improve business processes, implementing various initiatives in a timely and efficient manner.- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the L&D team and the broader organization.- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to ensure Simpro Group’s L&D offerings remain competitive and relevant.
