**Responsibilities**:
We are hunting for a **SEARCH ENGINE MARKETING **guru** **to join a fast-growing digital and marketing agency in Perth (don't worry you can work remotely).

This game-changing agency brings together strategy, brand, and digital marketing to accelerate sustainable, immediate and long-term growth for B2B and B2C clients.

As the resident SEM expert in the Agency, you’ll be responsible for all aspects of search and PPC strategy, campaigns and reporting for multiple clients across various industries.

**THE ROLE**

You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day paid search campaign activities for a portfolio of SME clients, including bid management, budget allocation, forecasting, performance monitoring, strategic testing and actionable campaign insights.

You won't get overloaded — the Agency has a quality, not quantity mantra. You’ll work alongside your fellow team channel experts, contributing your SEM expertise and insights and growing and mentoring a small team, whilst working closely with Account Managers and clients to spearhead marketing strategies for paid search campaigns.

**YOUR EXPERIENCE**
- Campaign management and day-to-day PPC campaign execution is your jam.
- You've managed a portfolio of 10-20 clients with campaign spends up to $100K annually.
- You naturally hunt for ways to test and improve campaigns and pinpoint new optimisation tactics.
- You work with best practice principals and like to contribute to strengthening workflows.
- You are comfortable liaising directly with clients to explain campaign strategies.
