Are you ready to take your digital marketing expertise to the next level? ABN Residential team is searching for a passionate and experienced Marketing Automation Specialist to become a pivotal part of our dynamic team. As a member of our close-knit crew, you’ll have the opportunity to guide a portfolio of brands towards achieving remarkable growth and efficiency through digital channels. With a focus on retention, you will improve our marketing and performance strategies within the team to promote customer engagement.

**The Role**

Other key responsibilities include:

- Build strong partnerships with ABN brands, demonstrating your understanding of retail targets and plans, and collaborate to deliver fit-for-purpose strategies
- Drive accountability of campaigns and share key learnings and KPIs with stakeholders
- Influence and inspire a digital best practice, innovative and compliance mindset within the ABN Group Marketing community
- Implement and manage project timelines and communications across multiple stakeholders and suppliers
- Database management, compliance and extract first party data insights to inform marketing activities

**You**

Are you ambitious and forward-thinking with personal values that align with the ABN Group? We are looking for a passionate Marketing professional, with a keen interest in Building and Construction, along with:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or similar
- Proficient user in Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform
- Demonstrated experience in a range of digital marketing technologies and analytics tools
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across an organisation and develop strong relationships and networks
- Compliance champion - strong understanding SPAM, privacy and digital data laws
- Proficiency with graphic design and web design software is desirable
