A Day in the Life

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Territory Manager to join our Australia Cranial & Spine Technology sales team in Victoria. In this role, you will be driving sales growth and market share by promoting our Neurosurgery portfolio to key surgeons and clinical staff.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
As a Territory Manager reporting into the Regional Sales Manager, you will:
- Promotes and sells Medtronic's products and services within an assigned geographic area and /or specific customer- Provide technical and case support to customers in theatre- Accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.- Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals.- Responsible for pursuing leads, assessing needs and providing product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic's products and/or services.- Promotes and establishes education of the company's products and/or services.- Conducts market research including customers and competitors activities.- Implements market development plans/strategies and changes as needed.-
- Provide technical and case support to customers in theatre

Required Knowledge and Experience:
Must-Have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Science, Nursing or Business related discipline is essential- Proven sales experience selling into hospitals with a success track record in the medical devices

Nice to Have- Strong understanding of the Australia public and private healthcare system and experience working within Operating Theatres.- Solid clinical knowledge with the ability to build strong working relationships with key surgeons and other medical staff- Self-motivated with a resilient attitude who strives to exceed customer expectations and deliver outstanding results- Successful applicant will take part in a rotating on call roster to provide clinical support in cases that occur outside of normal business hours
