Pelvic Health is a part of the Neuroscience Portfolio. Our therapies treat patients with incontinence-related conditions using our sacral neuromodulation (SNM) system, InterstimX.
As a Territory Manager, you will utilize your strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to actively promote and sell our products in both public and private sectors, both virtually and in person, within the Victoria region. Achieving sales targets and implementing strategies will require you to be commercially savvy, resilient, and self-motivated. This hands-on role involves direct patient contact and the opportunity to work on campaigns involving fast-paced technology, allowing you to witness firsthand how our devices positively impact people's lives.
Responsibilities may include the following, and other duties may be assigned:
- Promoting and selling Medtronic's products and services within the Victoria area and /or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders and healthcare professionals.
- Responsible for pursuing leads, assessing needs and providing product services to maximise the benefits derived from Medtronic's products and/or services.
- Promote and establish education of the company's products and/or services.
- Conduct market research, including customers' and competitors' activities.
- Implement market development plans/strategies and changes as needed.
- Communicating customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders, including R&D, Operations and Marketing.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Bachelors degree required
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and working knowledge of company products and services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present professionally
- Customer focused: Understands and delivers excellent customer service
- Ability to build credible relationships with all key stakeholders, including specialists and peers
- Willingness and ability to learn complex technical information and be clinically astute
- Ability to work in a highly regulated environment and adhere to compliance, OHS
