**About the Opportunity**

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Reservations/Sales Support Consultant to join our Travel & Experiences team. You will be responsible for enhancing the satisfaction of our members and guest, assisting to deliver great travel experiences with bookings across RACV leisure and tourism products.

**This could be just the right role for you?**

Working in our dynamic and professional team of travel experts, you will report to the Central Reservations Manager, and your key responsibilities for the role include:

- Manage bookings and update reservations
- Attend to enquiries of new reservations, booking maintenance and escalations
- Upsell, cross sell and promote products across all our RACV 10 resorts & clubs as well as our broader portfolio of travel products
- Report on sales, call centre performance and contribute to sales targets

**What you’ll need to be successful**
- Previous experience in a travel, reservations or sales support based role
- Someone who can handle high volume calls with approx. 80-90% of the day will involve telephone sales and customer service consultation
- Opera and GDS knowledge is highly regarded
- Exceptional phone manner and communication skills
- An eye for detail and a high level of accuracy
- Previous experience working in a KPI driven environment
- Ability to work well under pressure
- A desire to deliver a high level of customer service
