Take your Hotel reservation knowledge to the next step with not only processing reservations but getting more involved with the inventory management systems, building rates, packages and inventory. **ABOUT THE ROLE**: - Working closely with all Revenue and Hotel's Front Office departments - Build rates, packages and hotel sales strategy information in the hotel revenue management and distribution systems. Support all reporting and analysis for the Revenue Management team. - Oversee the inventory management system to verify appropriateness of agreed upon selling strategies. - Maintain the transient rooms inventory for the Hotel(s), responsible for maximizing transient revenue, prepares historical and future analysis of revenue and profit opportunities. - Ensures Hotels’ sales strategies, rates and packages are effectively implemented in the reservation and distribution systems - Handle external systems like channel Manager, Web booking engines, Rate comparison tools, Online Travel Agents extranets etc. - Manage PMS new user logins - Assist in managing room rates, and restrictions, including communicating rate restrictions and strategy to properties - Accurately generate, process and update all property and market Revenue Management reports and serve as primary source for majority of reporting and analytical needs of the Revenue Management team - Ability to work well under deadline pressure. **ABOUT YOU**: - Success in a similar role and exposure to Front Office Reception and Reservations work would be beneficial - Deliver exceptional guest service and get a kick out of helping, problem-solving and being accountable for your workload - An acute eye for detail and exceptional administrative skills and able to pick up systems - Ability to work under pressure in a varied, fast paced environment, by taking initiative and working collaboratively - Positive mindset and a can do attitude, a great person to work with, reliable, level headed, organized with previous reservations experience. **ABOUT US**: **Why work for Lancemore Hotels?** A pioneer in boutique Hotels and conference facilities since 1986, Lancemore Hotel Group is an Australian leading lifestyle brand renowned for curated places, understated luxury, and a welcoming signature touch. - We strive on constantly growing and seeking approaches to be better in everything - You will be joining a high performing workplace that believes in developing new talent and empowering people to drive their own results CLICK THE **'APPLY NOW**' BUTTON OR **Our Values** Fun | Authentic Hospitality | Caring | Ownership Mindset | Performance | Growth **Follow us on **LinkedIn
