An opportunity has become available for an experienced Human Resources Advisor to join our national Human Resources team who are highly regarded for their collaborative, high performing and supportive approach.

As a valued team member, you will learn the true meaning of business partnership in your role as the HR Advisor based in our Perth office. Working alongside a team of experienced HR professionals, you will provide support to the HR Manager and business for all aspects of the employee lifecycle. From recruitment support, induction, employee engagement, you will be making an impact and form relationships across various teams at the firm. You will have the opportunity to support and lead projects across all disciplines within the HR function, including Learning & Development and Diversity & Inclusion.

**ABOUT YOU**
- We are looking for someone who is passionate about HR and ready to build their career in a global law firm.
- To be successful in the role, you will ideally have:

- A relevant degree in Human Resources or business, or be studying towards your degree;
- At least 2+ years of hands-on generalist Human Resources experience
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- High level attention to detail with the capability to query and challenge where appropriate
- Confidence, professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment
