Loading Dock Support Coordinator
**Job Description Summary**

Cushman & Wakefield are looking to appoint a Loading Dock Coordinator to commence as soon as possible. Working on the client side in Melbourne's East, the role will be responsible for:

- Coordinating inbound/outbound deliveries at the loading bay, handles equipment and stock, provides onsite management of vehicular movements, and monitors and manages health and safety practices for vehicular access and egress.
- Facilities Management: Identifying, communicating, and escalating facilities management issues and needs.
- Meeting Room Bookings: This role will support meeting room set up as required, including adjusting movable walls, chairs and other general set up activities.
- Contractor Management: Will work with contractors relevant to the Loading Lock services and other services as required.
- Customer Service: This role will ensure excellent customer service in their relationships with the client and associated stakeholders.
