**Plumbing Coordinator - O’Shea Plumbing**

Are you an experienced plumber ready to step off the tools, or someone with strong plumbing knowledge looking to move into a coordination role? O’Shea Plumbing is looking for a **Plumbing Coordinator** to join our team and play a key role in planning, scheduling, and overseeing plumbing jobs across Melbourne.

**What You’ll Do**
- **Plan & Schedule Jobs** - Allocate and manage daily and upcoming plumbing works, ensuring smooth workflow for our field team.
- **Oversee Projects** - Monitor progress, troubleshoot challenges, and ensure jobs are delivered to O’Shea Plumbing’s high standards.
- **Client Engagement** - Communicate with customers before, during, and after jobs, providing updates and ensuring satisfaction.
- **Follow-ups & Estimates** - Support with quoting, variations, and follow-ups to maintain strong client relationships.
- **Reporting & Coordination** - Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain clear communication between clients, plumbers, and management.
- **Technical Advice** - Provide guidance and support to plumbers on-site when required.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Plumbing background (qualified plumber or strong plumbing knowledge).
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to support and guide field plumbers with technical knowledge.
- Previous experience in a coordination, estimating, or supervisory role (preferred but not essential).
