**About the role**

The objective of this role is to assist the Executive Group Manager, People, Culture and Organisational Performance in delivering key People & Culture initiatives and managing communication for the People, Culture and Organisational Performance Group.

Responsibilities will vary but there is a strong emphasis on leading, designing and delivering key strategic projects and initiatives of significant complexity to support the People Strategy. To this end, this role will involve investigative research to support the preparation of business cases and project plans on a range of contemporary HR initiatives.

This role will also have accountability for managing the communications, marketing and engagement activities for the People and Culture and Organisational Performance function. This includes employing a diverse array of communication channels with consistency of language and messaging to ensure a positive employee experience aligned with the People and Culture strategy is maintained.

**About you**

This unique opportunity is well suited to a HR professional who can self-manage and enjoys working autonomously. With engagement at the C-Suite level, it is essential that the successful incumbent is highly competent at project management and delivering specialised People and Culture initiatives.

Additionally, capability in executing complex marketing and communication plans in a People and Culture environment is also required.
