Looking for a passionate support worker to join our small family business

**About us**

3 Minds Qld is a small registered provider, we are wanting passionate staff that are looking at progressing their career as a support worker.

We are looking for couple of people to join our team on a permanent part time basis from 20-30 hours per week Monday to Sunday.

We are open to the option to offering traneeships for the right individual

**About the individual**

Supporting two brothers 8 and 11, they both energetic young boys who love sports, art and gaming.

The require clear consistent communication

They prefer minimum accents as this can be a trigger if they can not understand support staff.

Your role includes personal care and in home support.

As well assisting to access therapy, community and skill development, assisting with homework and transporting to and from school.

**Shift hours**

These include morning, day, weekend and afternoon shifts as well as sleepovers.

**Non negotiables required for role below**

Must want to engage, this is an active role and requires staff to be present at all times.

Must have PBSP experience, understand restrictive practices, and experience working with children.

Covid vaccines x 3

NDIS worker screening card

Blue card

English as first language - as individual has limited communication

Certificate 3 or above

Open full drivers licence (no restrictions e.g. work licence)

Full comprehensive insurance and vehicle

First aid certificate

Current CPR

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $31.41 - $64.74 per hour
