The Genius Institute is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team. We’re a coaching and training company that’s on a mission to help over 100,000 people in 50+ countries set themselves free from the mindset limitations and blocks that hold them back from living a high-impact life that is filled with meaning.
**In this role, you'll be the backbone of our operations, supporting our team and ensuring everything runs smoothly.**You'll wear many hats, from managing calendars and scheduling to providing administrative support and contributing to creative projects.
**Core Responsibilities**:
- Manage calendars and schedules for the CEO and team
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and events
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to the CEO and team
- Create and maintain filing systems (mostly digital)
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding of new team members
- Assist with CRM management and organisation
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers
**Non-Core Responsibilities**:
- May assist with research and development of educational materials
- May contribute to special projects as needed (event planning, arranging gifts, etc)
**Day-to-Day Activities**:
- Manage and prioritise tasks effectively
- Maintain an encouraging and organised work environment
- Take initiative and proactively identify areas for improvement

**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative or operational support role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Highly proficient in Google Workspace suite (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, etc.)
- Familiarity with project management tools and CRM systems (a plus)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A can-do attitude and natural ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.

**Wages & Benefits**:
- $30 AUD per hour
- Flexible work arrangements (hybrid model)

While this role is advertised as full-time, the initial time commitment will be a minimum of 30-60 minutes, twice a day, in the morning and late afternoon each day Sydney time. As the role and company grow, the time commitment will gradually increase. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a flexible schedule with the potential for future growth.
