**About the opportunity**:
Across the business, we have a growth strategy - we are seeking the best talent to deliver our growth aspirations. As such, we're looking for a driven and ambitious Key Account Manager to work across Major account customers and manage key accounts across the grocery portfolio.
You will be an integral member of the Gracery Sales team, responsible for all coordination and analysis associated with the National Accounts, including activities such as but not limited to; reporting, forecasting, promotion, pricing, scan data, and claims.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and lead Joint Business Plan category initiatives across Grocery - implement with customer, track financials, and key deliverables
- Consistently review the in-year plan and financial metrics, and prioritise the requirements based on risks and opportunities to meet calendar year financial budget
- Support the National Account Managers.
- Collaborate with the National Account Managers assist in development of T2T reviews
- Work cross-functionally with National Account Manager, Demand and Finance, Category & Marketing to execute business strategy within the customer
- Developing and owning in store activation events for the field team to execute driving portfolio growth
- Partner with National & State sales team to analyse variances to budget and identify risks and opportunities.
**Experience and Qualifications**:
- Tertiary qualification in Business or Commerce (or related)
- Minimum 1-3 years experience in FMCG (supplier or retailer)
- Strong planning skills
- Strong internal and external stakeholder management
- Highly developed interpersonal skills (ability to develop strong relationships internally & externally)
- Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
- High attention to detail
- Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office essential)
- Intermediate knowledge of SAP, Promax, Aztec, Nielsen (preferable)
