**Job Description**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Associate with an events management focus to come and join the NextGen team. As the industry leader in our domain, support and giving back to the fintech and mortgage lending communities is pivotal to us. Come and be a key part in taking our brand to the next level.

**What will a day in the life look like?**
- Management of the customer and industry events calendar;
- Development, production and delivery of events from proposal to execution;
- Setting, communicating and maintaining timelines and priorities on every project;
- Managing operational and administrative functions to ensure specific projects are delivered efficiently;
- Manage company social identity;
- Creation, coordination and management of proprietary content, including media and artwork production.

**Qualifications**:
**We believe the right profile for us might look something like this**:

- At least 12 months experience in a similar events focussed marketing role;
- Expert level eye for detail in written content;
- Ideally some previous B2B marketing experience;
- Mortgage or banking industry experience will be an advantage;
- Flexibility to travel interstate from time to time;
- Strong organisational skills and proactive approach to project coordination;
- Image creation/manipulations skills using Photoshop, Canva, InDesign, Illustrator
