Commercial Credit Services Group is a professional debt collection agency that provides debt recovery services across Australia and New Zealand, we have multiple opportunities available in our call centre located in Blacktown NSW (Western Suburbs). **We are seeking, motivated, friendly, and positive applicants who can commit too**: - At least 12-18 months+ in this role - At least 3 shifts per week (Monday to Friday) - Available to work 20+ Hours Per Week within our office hours of Monday to Friday 7:30 am - 5:00 pm - The above regardless of other pressures e.g., University exams and high workload. - Roles are initially Casual based, but opportunity to move into permanent Full & Part Time roles are available for high achieving consultants. **To thrive in this role**: - You love helping people. - You deal well with Pressure. - You have a calm nature. - You understand Debt Collection is not your everyday call centre role.
