**Who we’re looking for**:
We’re looking for an experienced recruitment professional to join our high performing internal HR team. This role will be based at our Hawthorne East office in Melbourne.

Working within our experienced Southern region HR team, you can expect to be challenged and to celebrate all the successes that hard work will deliver. Our mission is to sustain and grow our business, by valuing our people and fostering an environment for driven professionals like you to achieve your full potential.
- 5+ years’ experience in all aspects of the end-to-end recruitment process
- Prior experience in the civil/infrastructure, construction and engineering sectors with established networks.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with stakeholders at all levels
- Internal recruitment or HR experience highly regarded.
- Systems knowledge in pageup, microsoft office, LinkedIn Recruiter & Seek Talent Search highly desired.
