**Your opportunity**
We are excited to be looking for an Early Careers Recruitment Advisor to join our People and Culture team on a permanent basis.
Our People and Culture team are passionate about engaging with university students to attract and recruit talented people into SW Australia. We support the business on a national level with the recruitment of our vacation program and graduate cohorts.
You will be joining SW at a perfect time where we are looking to refresh our graduate recruitment strategy and you will be a key driver of this project. You will be someone who can connect with students, the business and has a fresh perspective on how we go-to-market and manage our recruitment process.
**Your opportunity**
- Taking accountability for the planning, coordination and delivery of the student recruitment cycle and contributing to our ongoing early careers strategy
- Supporting the People & Culture teams in the organisation and facilitation of graduate development days, inductions and all student programs
- Supporting the Senior L&D Manager with coordination and facilitation of L&D activity
- Being a brand ambassador for SW at student events, mainly in Melbourne but also interstate
- Clearly demonstrating the SW employee value proposition to students and why they would want to take the next step in their career here.
**Your experience**
- 3-4 years' experience in a relevant field
- Experience managing events and attending events
- Strong organisational, time management and prioritisation skills
- A proactive approach to work and the ability to take initiative
- Ability to build relationships and connect with a wide audience from Graduates to Partners
- Exposure to L&D programs and willingness to learn new skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with an ATS
