With a strong pipeline of projects underway, we're looking for an experienced
Recruitment Advisor
to join PCF and drive the growth of our workforce. You will lead the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding of large-scale blue-collar talent to support major concrete and formwork projects across Victoria.

This is a newly created role that will set the foundation for how we attract, hire, and onboard our people. You'll play a key role in implementing our new Applicant Tracking System (ATS
)
, developing streamlined recruitment workflows, building a proactive talent pool for ongoing project delivery, and supporting the onboarding & induction process.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for form workers, labourers, supervisors, and other site-based roles.
  • Partner with project and site leaders to plan workforce requirements.
  • Lead the setup and implementation of a new ATS.
  • Design and deliver recruitment campaigns across social media and print platforms.
  • Oversee onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition from offer to site induction.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of quality candidates for future projects.
  • Develop relationships with external partners such as labour suppliers, RTOs, and industry groups.

About You

You thrive in a hands-on, fast-moving environment and have a passion for people and process improvement. You'll be comfortable managing multiple priorities and confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Demonstrated experience in high-volume blue-collar recruitment within the construction or civil industries.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
  • High attention to detail, initiative, and organisational skills.
  • Experience with recruitment systems or ATS implementation.
  • Familiarity with employment legislation and onboarding compliance within construction.
