We are seeking an experienced recruitment professional to join our team as a **Recruitment Advisor** based in **Melbourne**, on a **12-month fixed term contract.**
**More about this role**:
Reporting to the Manager People & Culture - Corporate, this role will be responsible for operational recruitment within our Melbourne facility. You will be part of a large team of professionals within the national People & Culture team.
The Recruitment Advisor is responsible for supporting Line Managers and P&C representatives within the operational business unit to drive end-to-end recruitment processes. As the Recruitment Advisor, you will be focused and outcome driven to achieve optimal results for the business.
**What are your responsibilities?**
- Manage the end-to-end cross boarding of labour hire workers into permanent dnata catering staff.
- Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process for operational roles.
- This role will have a strong floor presence, such as walking through the site and learning about each role first-hand.
- High level reporting on the recruitment stats from the different areas of the business will be needed on a weekly basis.
- Support with identifying, setting up and managing Job related events.
- Identifying and driving continuous improvement practices in recruitment, sourcing processes and systems.
- Consult with hiring Line Managers to create or update position descriptions in line with measurable and achievable KPI’s.
- Consult with hiring Line Mangers to accurately collate information pertinent to the recruitment requisition and advertising process.
- When directed liaise with recruitment agencies for difficult to recruit roles.
- Support the development of internal and external talent pools.
- Coordination of relevant pre-employment checks (references, medicals, visas and police checks).
- Completion of weekly and monthly tracking dashboard reports.
- Develop relevant interview guides in liaison with the hiring manager.
- Attend as a panel representative in interview assessments where required.
- Document control management; in particular - position descriptions, interview guides and presentation briefs.
**What do you need to be successful in securing this role?**
- Demonstrated success in a similar end to end recruitment role in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to prioritise multiple vacancies and manage a changing workload.
- Experience using competency-based recruitment tools and systems (ATS).
- Excellent computer skills within the Microsoft Suite of products.
- An organised approach to all processes and procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail, remembering all recruitment materials are customer facing and directly impact our brand and reputation.
- Ability to influence and build strong relationships internally & externally.
- Very strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
