**About the Role**:As our Service Delivery Manager, you will be the driving force behind the seamless delivery of AV services to our valued clients. You’ll lead a skilled team of technicians and engineers, manage service contracts, and ensure every client interaction reflects our commitment to innovation and excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for service delivery across key client accounts.
- Oversee AV service operations including installations, maintenance, and support.
- Lead and mentor a team of service professionals to deliver outstanding results.
- Monitor SLAs, KPIs, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure smooth transitions from delivery to support.

**What You'll Bring**:

- Proven experience in service delivery or operations management (AV or IT industry preferred).
- Strong understanding of AV technologies (e.g., video conferencing, digital signage, control systems).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and client relationship skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- ITIL certification and AV industry certifications (CTS, Crestron, Extron) are highly regarded.
