**The Role**
**Your Skills & Experience**
- 3+ years of professional ICT support experience (minimum 6 months face-to-face support).
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Microsoft products, including operating systems with an emphasis on Windows 10 and Office 365.
- Experience in PC hardware configuration, LAN, PC operating systems and desktop software support.
- Knowledge of administering MS Office 365 and Citrix environment.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policy.
- Understanding of Cisco phone management.
- Strong experiences with Adobe Suite.
- Strong experience with MS Teams, Outlook & SharePoint online.
- Solid hands-on experience with SCCM, JAMF and InTune.
