**About the Role**:
Provide well-rounded first & second level support to users utilising a range of media (including infrastructure environment and software) to troubleshoot and resolve issues of medium complexity across the organisation’s tech environment. Proactively identify ways to minimise the time that staff are prevented from performing their work due to IT issues.
- Provide 1st and 2nd level support via the Service Desk to internal customers.
- Install and maintain PC fleet, printers, network components, and mobile devices at all sites.
- Maintain accurate ICT Asset Register and knowledge base documentation.
- Prepare and deliver user training for hardware devices.
- Manage IT equipment bookings, set up equipment, and provide user support.
- Maintain Audio Visual presentation equipment in reliable operating condition and provide support for both onsite and offsite bookings.
- Provision of high-level customer service and satisfaction in the delivery of technical support to computer system users.
**About You**:
- Strong service desk support skills.
- A good understanding of PC hardware, peripherals, networks, and communication concepts.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Windows Desktop and Server operating systems and network communication devices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to support PC's, printers, and IT peripheral devices.
- Ability to source technical support from independent suppliers.
