Our client is a growing Managed Service Provider looking for your brilliance as a Service Desk Technician to support local and remote users. **The Role**

In the fast-paced role you will be responsible for handling first level support of service requests relating to all technology, to include: workstations, servers, printers, networks, and vendor specific hardware and software. Let your eye for detail and creativity shine as you independently investigate and implement solutions to technical issues and identify recurring technical issues, proposing solutions to address the cause of problems.

**Your Skills & Experience**
- 2+ Years of experience in a Helpdesk or IT Support position.
- Fantastic verbal, written communication skills.
- Support services for Microsoft related technologies: Windows Server, Exchange, Active Directory, SQL, SharePoint, etc.
- Support of disaster recovery solutions.
- Basic technical support at the network level: WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security.
- Basic remote access solution implementation and support: VPN, Terminal Services & Remote Desktop.
- Monitor the remote monitoring and management
