We're on a mission to redefine the customer experience, and we need a passionate Service Desk Technician to join us at a Client Site based in south-east Melbourne. We are open to discussing both fixed-term and ongoing opportunities to suit your preference.

As a Service Desk Technician you will be responsible for providing first-level support, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.

**Requirements**:
**What you'll do**:

- Provide first-line support for service desk requests (including classroom, staff, students, and parents).
- Support hardware (desktops, servers, printers, mobile devices) and enterprise networking solutions.
- Ensuring all documented processes are being followed and high-quality outcomes are experienced by our customers with every encounter.
- Refine, update and improve the processes in line with customers changing needs.
- Working with a range of technologies, including but not limited to Microsoft 365 stack, Active Directory, VOIP solutions and more.

**What you'll bring**:

- Minimum 1 year of IT support experience (with a strong skill set).
- Relevant certifications ideal (Diploma or higher in IT, Systems, or Networking).
- Proficiency in Microsoft technologies (Windows, Office 365, Intune, Azure) and networking basics.
- High attention to detail and willingness to learn new things.
- A positive and collaborative can-do attitude.
