**About the Role**
We’re on the lookout for an ambitious and strategic **Integrated Comms Manager** to join a fast-paced, dynamic team in the media and communications space. If you’re passionate about creating innovative media strategies and have a strong digital background, this is the perfect opportunity to shape impactful campaigns across a variety of media channels. In this role, you’ll collaborate with creative minds, manage media budgets, and execute campaigns that not only meet but exceed client expectations.

**What You’ll Do**
- **Strategic Media Planning**: Lead the charge in crafting media strategies that align with client objectives, using data-driven insights to deliver top-notch results.
- **Channel Selection**: Strategically select and recommend the most effective media channels, balancing digital and traditional avenues (print, TV, radio) to hit your target audiences where it counts.
- **Budget Management**: Take ownership of media budgets, ensuring every dollar is spent wisely to achieve maximum ROI while staying within budget.
- **Team Collaboration**: Partner with cross-functional teams—including creative, strategy, and account management—to create seamless, integrated campaigns that shine.
- **Client Liaison**: Be the go-to media expert for clients, building strong, lasting relationships while guiding them through media planning and execution.
- **Campaign Execution & Optimisation**: Oversee campaign delivery, track performance, and use insights to optimise in real-time for best results.
- **Market Research**: Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with the latest media trends and conducting competitive analysis to continually inform your strategies.

**About You**
You’re an experienced media planner and natural leader who thrives in a collaborative environment. You’ve got:

- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, media studies, or something similar.
- 3-5 years of media planning and buying experience, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Strong strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making skills.
- A team-first mentality, working effectively with both internal teams and clients.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
