**Job Description**:
As Integrated Producer, you’ll act as the engine room behind We Are Unity’s creative output, harnessing your 4+ years of experience producing campaigns across digital, print & video content. As a creative problem solver with a foundation of production expertise, you’ll guide and support the creative team and our clients on best in class production delivery.

You’ll use your capabilities to communicate, motivate and inspire to ensure the We Are Unity team are set up to succeed, as you take ownership and accountability of our creative projects. You’ll be comfortable with ambiguity and autonomy - juggling multiple project priorities with discipline and passion. You’ll advise teams on best practices, scope, timing and pricing, and actively participate in presenting work. You are able to build strong, resilient relationships with internal departments and external clients.

While production is at the core of the role, you will show a keen interest in working on a broad range of projects, embracing ambiguity while learning new skills, seeking out new opportunities and growing your career in the process.
- Partner closely with our creative and advisory teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects across digital, print, motion and social.
- Acting partner and point of contact with clients throughout the production process.
- Responsible for internal/client communications and day-to-day deliverable management related to your projects including scoping, scheduling and dealing with vendors and partners
- Oversee multiple and concurrent projects, leading with autonomy to shape, manage and deliver all creative production projects.
- Champion best practice production processes to dictate what gets done, when and by whom, ensuring projects have realistic targets and deadlines, are delivered on budget and are effectively quality-controlled
- Contribute to the growth and evolution of our processes & documentation practices, while keeping up-to-date with industry developments.
- Actively participate in creative brainstorming with the creative teams, delivering strategic and creative thinking to unlock innovative and actionable initiatives and solutions to our client partners.
- Manage all financial administration related to projects - billability, utilisation, revenue forecasts expenses etc.
