**Job Description**:
We are looking for a talented Art Director to own the visual conversation and continue elevating our creative craft across the agency. We invite you to lead the way and show us what’s possible. This is a deep thinking role but still definitely on the tools.

You’ll be focused on ideating, testing, iterating, and crafting incredible art direction across many of Australia’s most established and upcoming challenger brands

Our take on creativity is about bringing the power of purpose to all areas of Brand, including the customer and employee experience - from identity development to TVCs, to office design and everything in between.

Maybe you're from Agency land looking for more meaningful work, or you're an in-house Art Director with a desire to flex your creative design skills across multiple clients or maybe you’re in a tech start-up and desire some more structure and camaraderie. We’re open to all of the above.
- As part of the Creative Team, you’ll bring your creative eye and instincts to concept, develop and produce insightful communications across projects big and small
- Use your integrated thinking and visual storytelling to map persuasive journeys, delivered with a generous dose of strategic thinking
- Present ideas to clients and the wider agency team; sharing your take on opportunities to add value to our clients, and the work we do
- Use your organisation and time-management skills to prioritise and juggle multiple projects, at various stages of development
- Bring your enthusiasm to contribute to a team environment, taking an active role in building our positive ‘one agency’ culture
- Be a great, constructive communicator - someone who knows what to ask and when, as well as how to challenge and be challenged
- Prepare awards submissions
- Design presentations for pitches and regular client work

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of six years experience in Art Direction, branding and/or creative comms, complemented by a range of skills and an open mind (as we don’t play in any one space)
- Curious about what we do and why we do it, always exploring new thinking and staying up to date with popular culture, trends and the wider business landscape Integrated communication experience is essential
- An eye for detail, outstanding visual craft and heaps of common sense
- A natural at building credibility and trust with everyone you work with, driven by your passion for making a difference for our clients and their people
- You’ll handle pressure by rolling up your sleeves, keeping your cool and solving thorny issues as part of the team
