**About the role**:
We have an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic team leading our approach to the provision of quality care to clients of the Service. The role will collaborate with Executive Director Mission & Inclusive Health and colleagues across the hospital to promote the integration of the healing ministry of Jesus and the mission of Mary Aikenhead into the culture and activities of the hospital.

**Selection Criteria**:
1. Personal integrity and demonstrated commitment to the Philosophy, Mission and Values of Mary Aikenhead Ministries and St Vincent’s Health Australia
2. Hold tertiary qualifications in relevant fields such as education, pastoral care, theology, ministry, healthcare and or demonstrated relevant experience.
3. Have leadership experience in the context of a Catholic organisation
4. Have highly developed skills in facilitating Mission Formation or other adult education processes
5. A demonstrated capacity to energetically develop networks and relationships with key people to open doors for learning and formation
6. Capacity to grasp organisational dynamics and the ways in which leaders are able to influence culture in a positive manner
7. Demonstrate a commitment to social justice and people who experience poverty and vulnerability
8. Capacity to organise rituals and liturgies which build a sense of purpose in the community gathered
